Welcome to Gatinero VIP Bot. By using our Discord bot and purchasing VIP access, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, using, or interacting with Gatinero VIP Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Service Description

Gatinero VIP Bot provides VIP key sales and management services for the Gatinero Roblox script, including:

• VIP pricing display in ticket channels with QRIS payment code
• Manual payment verification via QRIS
• VIP key generation and delivery after payment verification
• Discord role assignment for VIP members
• Access to premium Gatinero script features

3. VIP Plans and Pricing

We offer two VIP plans:

• 1 Month Access: Rp. 20,000 - Valid for 30 days from purchase
• Permanent Access: Rp. 40,000 - Lifetime access with no expiration

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change with notice.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed via QRIS through your mobile banking or e-wallet app. We do not store your payment information. After payment, please wait for admin verification in your ticket channel.

5. VIP Key Usage

By purchasing a VIP key, you agree to:

• Use the key only for your personal Discord account
• Not share, sell, or distribute your VIP key to others
• Not attempt to generate, duplicate, or reverse-engineer keys
• Use the Gatinero script in accordance with Roblox Terms of Service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate key revocation without refund.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or server downtime
• Discord API changes or outages
• Force majeure events

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, or exploit the Bot's features
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Bot
• Use the Bot for illegal activities
• Harass other users or administrators
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

8. Data Collection

The Bot collects minimal data necessary for operation:

• Discord username and user ID
• Payment verification records (manually recorded by admins)
• VIP key and purchase history
• Server and channel IDs for ticket management

9. Intellectual Property

Gatinero VIP Bot, the Gatinero script, and all related materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Bot's code
• Reverse-engineer the key generation system
• Use our branding without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from Bot usage
• We are not responsible for Roblox account actions or bans
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for VIP access

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your VIP access for Terms violations
• Discontinue the Bot service with 30 days notice
• Modify features or pricing with reasonable notice

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced in our Discord server.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indonesian courts.
